Date added: 12/20/2017 Shipping not saving correctly on some orders.
We are having an issue where some orders are not saving the shipping method chosen correctly. The dollar amount so far is unaffected. Some orders do, and some don’t and it may be related to the browser you’re using. We’re seeing more issues in Microsoft Edge than Internet Explorer, and Chrome. Please keep an eye on the ship method in each step of the checkout and if it doesn’t change correctly during adding to the cart, or after the order is placed send us an email at sales@iwgac.com with the order number, ship method, shipping amount, and which browser and version number of the browser you were using if possible. Any other info about what you were doing at the time you noticed it could be helpful. It might help us to narrow down the cause. Thank you and Happy Holidays!
